You complete 21 sessions make the Foundation course, the first four months.

Then over 5 months we work through our comprehensive teacher training programme, 20 sessions, “The Art of Yoga Teaching”

The classes are Live and Direct with access later to the recorded videos.

Finally on a one week Residential course we hone our skills and get lots of “hands-on” practice in Suryavana (1-8 July 2026)
